- Log into your account
- Move to the top of the screen and click on the “Account” icon.
- Locate the “magicJack Devices” header and select the device name you wish to renew. Also, select the “Add Months” or simply “Click to Reactivate” link which is positioned under the “Device Status
- Then choose the plan you would like to renew and click “Add to Cart” to include it to your cart.
- Choose your shipping and billing address.
- Then select the credit/debit card you would prefer to charge.
- You can also choose the auto-renewal feature which will ensure your service remains active without interruption.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and agree to the subscriber agreement.
